Wavency hits the 5-year mark

On March 1st, Wavency hit its five-year milestone! Founded in 2021, the marketing communications agency continues to grow, entering this new chapter with a tight-knit team, dedicated clients, and ambitious goals for the years ahead.

The year 2025 marked a major turning point for the marketing firm, which warmly welcomed forty-eight new clients over the past twelve months while strengthening relationships with its recurring partners. This steady progress reflects the growing demand for integrated marketing approaches in strategy, branding, and digital development. "Organizations are looking for much more than just a service provider or an executor. They want a strategic partner capable of understanding their challenges and aligning communication with their goals, all while remaining flexible and responsive to market trends.

At Wavency, that’s what we offer, but it’s so much more: we’ve been providing a 110% human and collaborative experience since day one," emphasizes Maude Belval, co-founder and executive director of Wavency.

Structured growth focused on the future To support this structured and ambitious growth, Wavency hired four new employees over the past year, bringing the total team size to eleven. These hires have strengthened the agency's expertise and further structured its operations, allowing Wavency to maintain its high level of strategic support while increasing its execution capacity.

After five years in business, Wavency is focused on growth that is ambitious, yet thoughtful. The agency aims to continue structuring its services, deepening its expertise, and supporting organizations with their digital presence and positioning projects. It also intends to continue contributing to the Quebec cultural and communications landscape, notably through its involvement with theAssociation des créatrices et créateurs de contenu du Québec, and the Gala InfluenceCréation. "This five-year milestone represents a moment of consolidation, but also a springboard for us. We want to continue our development while preserving the human culture of our company and the strategic rigor that have shaped Wavency from the very beginning," explains Jean-Michel Lépine, co-founder and director of operations at Wavency.

As the communications and marketing market remains in constant flux, Wavency is entering this new phase with the goal of strengthening its role as a strategic partner for Quebec and Canadian companies seeking structured growth and strong positioning.
